Got this from Lifestyle, The Sunday Times:
"It's not what time you wake up but how long you sleep that's vital."
"A study has shown that longest life expectancy is associated with sleep durations of between seven and eight hours. Those who slept fewer than four hours or more than nine hours had a higher chance of dying from stroke, cancer or heart disease.
All this means waking up early for the sake of it when you have not had enough sleep can do more harm than good for you. "
Ok, note the
'slept fewer than four hours or more than nine hours had a higher chance of dying from stroke, cancer or heart disease'.
I should start panicking..... right... about... NOW.
