Flashback: 8 December 2004

Ydah and I witnessed the death of a tiny creation of God. It was truly sad. It was perished under the brutal steps of horror. We almost could not take it but we could do nothing but to just sit and stare at the poor little thin.

I happened to notice it making its way, reeeallll slooowwly, across to the other tile. Then suddenly, ___________. I was like, "Oh my gosh!" One bloody big foot just went down on it. Worse! After that, it dragged the poor lil thin a few inches away. It was still alive. Still breathing. Curled up and shaking. We both cringed in pain. Imagine the tremendous pain of being completely squashed flat...

Both of us watched it breathe its last few breaths. It was at the brink of death. Tengah nazak you know, kesian betul ah. Then a few more came and we both knew that was it, man. Squashed, flattened, stepped on, killed, murdered... whatever you wanna call it. It was painful. Helpless. It died at the feet of many. Ydah had to move it aside...

By the way, the bloody foot belonged to a very hideously dressed girl, who was wearing this super ugly green getai getup. She was wearing platforms or something and killed our tiny, puny friend... The Black Ant.

Goodbye my friend, may you rest in peace. We will miss you. I will miss you.

P/s: This incident, however, still doesn't change the fact that I'm still icky about ants. Those who know me should know that I dislike ants but my heart goes out to those innocent ants who were killed and will be killed w/o any proper reason. It just ain't right.
