I have to agree that sleep is important. It is healthy and it helps to restore the necessities our body needs.
I used to brush away the theory of sleep and blame it on some other factors but recently, results hv proven me wrong. During the one wk CNY break I had, w/o realising it, I actually had proper and more-than-enough beauty sleep. That with the help of my chatty colleague who pointed it out to me that, "-
Yah can see. Less pimples. Hahahahahahahahaha." My skin gave out an unusual glow lah. Amazing.
And it's true. For the past years, I realise that I never sleep enough. W/o wasting time, the bombastic pimples happily grow on my already oily face and sit themselves nicely to let the whole world see their big, happy family. And promote acne. Thanks ey.
The wonders of sleep really amaze me. I'm not saying tt my skin is perfect. It's not. My skin is clearer (
tho I still hv a long way to go) and now I'm more careful as to what I do with my itchy hands. I never felt more confident of myself before. Certainly has boosted my self-esteem and I feel happier.
So see ppl, try to get sufficient sleep. And don't stress yourself too much. Work is work. School is school. Don't bring it to bed with ya. And sleep to a brighter day. Trust me... keep this up and you'll feel radiant.
Err this applies to those with skin problems. Those born with perfect skin don't bother reading this. You don't need to. But sleep is still healthy! In many other ways...
P/s: And thanks to my Specialist for those prescriptions. I couldn't thank you enough.
