I was flipping thru some documents at home when I came across my mom's adoption letter. I didn't know she had these things. I knew all this while that she was adopted and all and I've been told that she's actually pure chinese but I was never really 100% convinced till I saw that letter yest.

She's really 100% chinese. Her real name is Soh Bee Lee. Can you believe it? She actually has a REAL chinese name! I just find it odd. She don't look chinese at all. But when I went thru more of her earlier pictures, yah she actually looked kinda chinese in her younger days. Soh Bee Lee? Wow...

The more I dug into my family history, the more intrigued I become. Rite now, I'm interested and curious abt my mother's past. I always have been, just that now things are clearer. There are some things I just don't understand. I have a lot of whys and I'm sure she has too. But I think some things are better left unknown.

Lately things have been a lil crazy (and no doubt bloody hell embarrassing). Crazy things happen to me all the time and I feel like asking them, "What the hell is wrong with you people?" It's hard to understand me, even I find it hard to explain. It is truly ridiculous and merepek.

Maybe it's just me. Not them, but me.

Sometimes when you care too much about your pride, without you realising, you are actually hurting other people.
