I baked the Strawberry Cheesecake Brownie yesterday. One with the cheesy topping, one without. The other time I baked Blueberry Cheesecake Brownie. And I must say that the Blueberry one tasted better. I have yet to try the Raspberry one which is the original Ray Romano's recipe. Almost half of it was gone within 2 hours... so I guess it wasn't too bad.

The sibs prefer the Blueberry one too. I dunno why but the moment I woke up, I decided to bake. Yesterday was the day to bake. The mood was there and I had to do it. I did it for my sister who mentioned to me the other day that she's yearning for it.

Baking is usually done once in a blue moon and the mood to do it, has to be right. It has to be made out of love, else it won't turn out to be as good. Same goes with cooking. And it's true. You have to put your heart and soul into it.

Such a therapeutic activity... it's gd for crazy ppl like me who has nothin better to do on her off days.
