I must be depressed. Cos I'm eating cereals and grains (which looks like bird food btw), with milk for lunch.

I spent 1/2 hr in the supermarket, staring at the wide range of cereals and muesli, thinking which is worth my money. I intend to eat this combo for the whole week. Together with green tea. Still, it fulfilled its main purpose - which is to make me full. Ydah, you can try this too. It's super healthy.

Yesterday, a friend of mine said that ego is the obstruction to love. You know what? I know that, thank you very much. Really, I dunno why I bother sometimes.
