Last Saturday, Eve, Mas, Weiling and yours truly went to The Mind Cafe @ Boat Quay (yes, I do venture, thank you!). It was such a bloody blast for all of us! Both Eve and I agreed that this was the best fun we've had in a long, long time... considering how low-key our social life is. If we could stay till it closes at 3 a.m., I tell ya, we would.

Unlike the usual norm of just sipping coffee amidst the cigarette smoke and just chit-chatting away, this one was filled with lots of laughter and a table spread with stacks of games, snacks and floats. You can hardly see the table sometimes. It was livelier with the nice orange setting as compared to the sombre ambience like, say, Starbucks. Well, at least OUR table was very lively.

The other 'cafeans' were more into some serious gaming like Risks and what nots but I, in particular, enjoyed those quick and witty games like Charoodles and Taboo. Most of them don't even talk. So boring. When we were playing Charoodles, I think we gave the term 'charades' a bad name. We just hantam and played by our own rules. Hahah. I guess it depends on the company you're with huh.

Well, I really had fun and it's not gonna stop here. We're still questing for other fun and cozy places to chill. Too bad Cozy Canopy closed down else we would've headed there too.
