A Woman Scorned. @ 3:20 pm

When a woman is having her monthly crappiness or when you sense dark clouds hovering over her head, it's advisable that you stay a good distance away from her.

Take it from me, it is really the smart thing to do. Don't be stupid and try to step on her toes because by aggravating it, you're only getting yourself in the hot soup.

Because one idiot did that to me, and I threw a complain letter straight to the company seconds later. I was so angry that my fingers moved rapidly across the keyboard and I was breathing so heavily with angst. Why is it that I always face problems with cranky old men such as him?

I hate to argue with old people but sometimes, they really can drive you to your grave. Being old and senior does not give you the liberty to be rude. What makes you think you deserve that same kind of respect when you don't show a good example yourself?

You claim you're 63 years old. So what? You have a special prestige, is it? Please don't use that "I'm-old-and-therefore-you-should-respect-me" statement on me when you're not right in the very first place.

You expect me to be NICE TO YOU WHEN I'M BEING TREATED LIKE SHIT? You can wait for an entire decade, and it still won't happen.

Yes, most times I let it go and try to be this nice person altho' I am so far from it, I know. But when you're working in a service line, no matter what age you are, a service is a bloody service. And as a customer, I expect a certain quality of service from you.

Seriously, if you think you're old and can't handle the frontline, then go do something else or perhaps, do everyone else a favour and just retire and have a good rest at home with your family.

Gawd, I am SO angry that I could kill a fly. Not helping at all when my back is aching, my tummy is hurting and the stupid head throbbing with a splitting headache. I really feel bad for doing this but this is the right thing to do. I didn't even receive an apology, come to think of it.

This is the letter that I wrote to them. Let it be known that JK Technology sucks big time. Don't EVER buy from them.

Hi,

I am writing in to complain about JK Tech's horrendous customer service. Noting that for the past few days I've called in to JK Tech just to clear some inquiries, I've received some very terrible service over the phone. Moreover, I am not the only one experiencing this as a relative of mine (the one who ordered a pc set) also had the same treatment from your staff.

The problem arised when a certain Mr ***** had insisted to deliver the set of pc we ordered WITHOUT the upgraded components that we had requested for. And when we called in to inquire, he was not pleased. How is it that he suddenly became the 'victim' here? He claimed there was no stock. Understood, so then why should you want to insist on delivering the set over when it is incomplete?? So now he is doing a double job of having to come and take it back to install the upgraded parts. He certainly made it sound like it was OUR problem.

If he had spoken and explained nicely, I would not be writing this letter of complaint to you. It is unfortunate that this have to happen.

I did not only get this from your technical staff, who was very very rude but also from the person who picks up the main line, who's voice always suggests an irritable tone. What is this? This is certainly not what I would expect from a notable company.

I believe that a company such as yours can train your staff better and provide some very simple telephone courtesy. It is very disappointing and I hope the management will do something about it.

Thank you.
Regards,
Nadira Ahmad.
