Standard, always 2 pans tho' we know it's never enough! This is after all the toppings are done.
Into the oven, it goes...
10 mins later...Freshly baked, straight from the oven.
59 seconds later... Apa lagi? Bedal ah!
Full stomachs equals to happy people, no?
Now for the recipe.
Ingredients:
- A lil bit of oil
- 2 cloves of garlic (or as per desired.) ~ pounded, using a knife. (If you watch Yan Can Cook carefully, you'll know what I'm talking about.)
Base:-
2 dough (of cos, duh.) ~ Can be ready-made or home-made, up to you.
*Other alternatives would be to use baguettes ala Delifrance.
Toppings:-
- 1 small can of tomato puree
- 1 green capsicum/bell pepper ~ diced
- 1 1/2 red onions ~ diced
- 3 tomatoes ~ diced
- 1 pck of Mozarella cheese ~ shredded
- $2 worth of minced meat/beef (I dunno how much in kg it is, so just ask the Uncle or Pakcik for $2 of daging cincang ok.)
- Most importantly! A can of button mushrooms. ~ sliced
* The toppings varies to your preferences ok. Olives, pineapples, pickles whatever.
Method:
Heat a frying pan, pour a lil bit of oil. Add in garlic, stir till the aroma rises. Add in minced meat and fry, leaving it slightly moist. (I like to add pepper too.)
Now, spread tomato puree over the dough completely. Sprinkle a lil bit of cheese, followed by onions. Slop on the cooked minced meat. Then, top up with tomatoes, green capsicums and mushrooms. Finally, cover em up with lots and lots of cheese.
* For spicyness, add lots of white pepper and black pepper. Or red chilli.
Bake for 10 mins @ 170 deg celsius.
(Servings: 2 pans. Can serve up to 12 ppl depending on how you slice the pizza. For us, 6 ppl cos 2 big slices each.)
Simple kan? That's the idea... simple yet delish! Enjoy! Experimento!
