I fell yesterday. That's twice in a week. The first was at the majestic fairytale staircase in school after my last paper, which caused my beloved slippers to detach itself. So I had throw it away as it was of no use.

I even had to resort to stapling it together (which came off eventually anyway) and then plasters to stick them together (cos there wasn't any scotch-tape). If not how to go home from Clementi to Pasir Ris?! Thank God sis was there so I didn't look stupid alone. Ha ha ha.

Despite that, we still could afford to go for late supper.

Then yesterday, I slipped and fell at the sharp-edged escalators at work when my stupid footwear gave way. I threw the shoes aside as soon as I got home. Lucky thing, my colleague was there to grab me. Else, I would have slid down all the way to the Departure Hall.

I cursed and swear the entire day. Not only did it caused me blisters (I had plasters all over my feet, it was hideous) but I also sprained my ankle and my whole body started to ache. Needless to say, after a body massage, the moment I laid in bed last night, I fell asleep right after.

I've never felt so suay before... -__-

Next bonus, I'm buying my well-deserved self a good safe pair of Birkenstock sandals. I don't care.

Oh yes, yesterday I managed to catch Nigel Marven's Penguin Adventure! I was so happy despite the misfortunate events that happened to me earlier. He is so damn blardy lucky ok.

He got to be so close to the different species of penguins, watch them build their nests, hatch their eggs and even got to play with the baby penguins! I hate him.

He also got to see a heartwarming event of an albatross chick who learnt to fly and flew off, which was a rare footage never caught on camera before! The chick, mind you, will never touch down on land again until 5 years later. I dunno how the chick does it but that's some power wings there.

He also saw an elephant seal gave birth! Aww..... it was gross but still... aww...

Ahh... the wonders of Mother Nature. It's amazing.
